Job summary

Ricoh Europe PLC is seeking an experienced Leader & Manager Development specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve leadership development across EMEA. You will work with internal and external partners to ensure programs are impactful and aligned with Ricoh standards.

You will design projects, deliver workshops and digital learning paths, explore AI coaching and chatbots, and create practical toolkits for local teams.

Qualifications

• Strong learning design skills with experience creating diverse learning experiences.
• Confident facilitator able to run virtual and in-person sessions.
• Strong project management with planning, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with LMS/LXP and HRIS platforms.
• Good stakeholder management with HRBPs and business leaders.
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Design or support leadership and manager development projects from start to finish.
• Create and deliver learning such as workshops, virtual sessions, digital learning paths.
• Explore AI-powered learning tools and chatbots.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions.
• Develop practical toolkits and local playbooks for teams.
• Manage pilots and drive continuous improvement.
• Track progress and business impact using simple measures.
