Job summary

Decagon is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical advisor and trusted consultant for enterprise prospects. The role blends pre-sales, product strategy, and enterprise architecture with a focus on generative AI and GTM workflows.

You will partner with Account Executives to uncover high ROI solutions, craft AI-powered demonstrations, and translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders, including executives and engineers.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of customer-facing sales engineering experience.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions with strong ROI.
• Create and architect generative AI experiences for end users.
• Develop custom demonstrations using the Decagon platform tailored to customer needs.
