Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services) to join the world-class Customer Experience team. This highly hands-on role partners with customers to accelerate adoption of Grafana, guide onboarding and expansion, and deliver tailored technical consulting across Kubernetes, Prometheus, logs and traces.

You’ll work with customers at executive and IT levels, translating complex requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade architectures and best practices, while

Qualifications

• Located in the Netherlands
• 5+ years of experience on deployment teams
• Direct experience with observability (o11y)
• Best practices for deploying an observability stack (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces)

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, implementation and expansion
• Provide white-glove technical consulting
• Lead with authenticity and insight to align Grafana capabilities with customer goals
• Deliver high-impact trainings and tailored engagements
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support teams to drive improvements
• Manage timelines and unblock customer teams to deliver value
