Job summary

Atos SE in the Netherlands seeks a seasoned Solution Manager to lead end-to-end bid proposals, partner with customers, and shape value-driven solutions across Applications, Data & AI, Cloud and platforms.

You will drive multi-disciplinary bid teams, manage CxO-level engagement, and champion Agentic AI initiatives while traveling as needed to deliver profitable, innovative IT solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Management, Presales or related roles.
• Expertise in Digital Applications/Platforms, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation and Multi/Hybrid Cloud.
• Proven leadership in a large international organization.
• Strong stakeholder engagement from operational levels to CxO.
• Experience selling complex solutions valued at €30M+.
• Dutch language skills at C1 level preferred.
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand business priorities and translate into Atos solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and map to relevant Atos portfolio offerings.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders from operational to CxO.
• Present and negotiate solutions in a value-driven way.
• Lead multidisciplinary solution teams to develop end-to-end offerings.
• Ensure solutions address business, technology, services, resources, timelines and costs.
• Develop solution cost models aligned with commercial requirements.
• Validate assumptions with customers and manage risks with mitigation plans.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI and automation as business enablers.
• Support T&T and Global Program Management in implementation of customer solutions.
• Coordinate delivery unit involvement during the bid phase.
• Challenge delivery costs and identify opportunities for innovation.
