Job summary

osapiens Services GmbH seeks a Senior Solution Engineer focused on Manufacturing & Automotive. You’ll own industry-specific solution engineering, tailor demonstrations, and drive end-to-end POCs. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, translate regulatory and efficiency needs into clear value, and influence product roadmaps.

Based in Europe with travel 25–35%, you’ll shape the technical narrative in front of executives and lead complex enterprise deals in a fast-growing scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Understanding of value chain, regulatory pressures and digital landscape of the industry.
• Ownership of complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including POCs and security reviews.
• Strong technical fluency: REST APIs, SAP, identity management (SSO), cloud architecture, integration patterns, data modeling.
• Ability to map regulatory or operational pain to ROI, TCO and deployment roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution engineering owner role for your industry’s enterprise opportunities at osapiens.
• Design and deliver vertical-tailored demonstrations of the osapiens HUB using realistic industry scenarios and KPIs.
• Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept anchored in your industry’s value drivers.
• Navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems relevant to your vertical.
• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and IT-Integration topics; manage competitive positioning and references.
