Job summary

osapiens is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer focused on Process Manufacturing, Healthcare & Utilities in Amsterdam. You will be the technical voice for one vertical, translating regulatory and efficiency requirements into a clear value narrative for our HUB platform.

You will own industry opportunities end-to-end, tailor vertical demos, manage POCs, and collaborate with Account Executives. German and English fluency, 25-35% travel, and a hands-on AI-aware approach are required.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in solution engineering, presales, consulting (tech focused) or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS.
Understanding of value chain, operating model, regulatory pressures and digital landscape of the industry.
Ownership of complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including POCs and security reviews.

Responsibilities

Be the Solution Engineering owner of your assigned industry’s enterprise opportunities at osapiens, from platform deep dive to final decision.
Design and deliver vertical-tailored demonstrations of the osapiens HUB using realistic industry scenarios and KPIs.
Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept anchored in your industry’s value drivers.
Navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems relevant to your vertical.
Own the competitive picture and curate the reference base for the vertical.
