Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a Senior Engineer to join a stream-aligned team and take ownership of features end-to-end, from scope to production. You will work full-stack across backend and frontend, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver real-world value in a fast-growing cyber security platform.

The role is remote in the Netherlands or Berlin, with a commitment to travel to The Hague or Berlin twice per week, enabling close team alignment and on-site collaboration when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience with both backend and frontend work.
• Strongly typed languages and modern tech stack experience.
• English fluency and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end as Feature Lead and ship to production.
• Deliver high quality full-stack features across the stream.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver value.
• Contribute to technical decisions and surface risks early.
• Foster a psychologically safe, happy team environment.
• Travel to the office twice per week (The Hague or Berlin).
