Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Agentic SOC team and own end-to-end features within a small full-stack group. You will build LLM-powered agents, design tool integrations, and drive performance, security and cost tradeoffs in production systems.

You will mentor peers, participate in hiring, and contribute to a high-trust, outcomes-driven culture. The role is remote in the Netherlands or Berlin with travel to The Hague or Berlin twice per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience with meaningful full-stack exposure across backend and frontend.
• Experience with strongly typed languages (Typescript, Java, dotnet, PHP or similar).
• Hands-on experience building LLM agents in production or side projects with real users.
• Strong communication skills to translate tradeoffs for engineers, PMs and leadership.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end as Feature Lead: scope problems, coordinate work, make decisions and ship to production.
• Lead design and delivery of LLM agents integrated into SOC workflows, balancing accuracy, cost and latency.
• Drive technical design discussions and influence architecture and standards beyond the stream.
• Ground decisions in outcomes; push back when the why is unclear and propose faster paths to results.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews and design feedback; act as a multiplier.
• Participate in hiring: interview candidates, shape the bar and support onboarding.
• Contribute to a psychologically safe, outcome-oriented team culture and lead by example in incidents.
• Role is remote in the Netherlands or Berlin, with travel to the office twice per week.
