Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a Project Management Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives spanning IT infrastructure, product engineering, finance, and company-wide programmes. You will own project delivery while establishing PM standards, tooling, and ways of working, leading a team of project managers.

You will collaborate with leadership across functions to bring momentum to strategic initiatives, evolve methodologies, and improve post-project learning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Track record managing projects across IT infrastructure and cross-functional teams.
• Proven skill at building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken). Dutch is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian/Jira.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills to manage competing priorities at pace.
• Experience in fast-growing scale-ups or tech companies within SaaS or cybersecurity environments is considered plus.
• Familiarity with both Agile and waterfall/structured delivery methods and PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
