Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to deliver production work, including legacy modernisation, through agentic workflows in a multi-stack environment.

You will own and evolve TOPdesk's Knowledge Base expansion, shipping features and modernising the backend to support a service management platform used by millions daily. Collaboration with Claude Code and cross-functional teams is central to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong production engineer with hands-on agentic delivery experience.
• Experience in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Vue, Java, Postgres, Azure-hosted systems or Terraform.
• Excellent testing instincts, and ability to spot architecturally risky or unsafe work.

Responsibilities

• Frame problems and orchestrate agents to implement solutions with verification.
• Build and modernise product capabilities, including legacy systems, on a modern stack.
• Contribute reusable patterns, subagents, and evals to the org-wide libraries.
• Collaborate with teammates to lift overall team capability and deliver in production.
