Job summary

Sioux is seeking a Software Designer to develop robust software for high-tech machines across semiconductor, analytical instrumentation and medical equipment industries. Based in our Mijdrecht office or at client sites, you will translate requirements into designs, guide the development team and contribute technically throughout the lifecycle.

You bring a technical Bachelor's or Master's degree and 7+ years of hands-on software development experience in relevant domains, with proficiency in C#,

Qualifications

Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering.
7+ years of experience in technical software development.
4–5 years in Semicon, Medical or Analytical domains.
Experience with C#, C++, or Java and modern development practices.
Able to coach junior engineers and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into robust software designs and ensure high-quality implementation.
Guide the development team and contribute technically across the lifecycle.
Design, develop, and test software from the Mijdrecht office and client sites.
Maintain software quality, scalability, and maintainability through good engineering practices.
