Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Social Events Sales Manager to lead social and festive events across our hotels and venues. You will own the client journey from inquiry to the big day, combining commercial focus with warm hosting and personal welcome to clients on event days.

You will manage the full events cycle, from proposals and site visits to contracts and deposits, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in social events, M&E sales or restaurant commercial background.
• Established network within local hospitality market and key venues.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into profitable business and manage events end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a confident approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for all social and festive events.
• Manage enquiries end-to-end: proposals, site visits, contracts and deposits.
• Deliver a one-stop shop experience, coordinating event details internally.
• Sell F&B outlets and manage buy-out requests to maximise revenue.
• Produce clear BEOs and handovers to operations.
• Welcome clients on event day, ensuring smooth transition to operations.
• Build lasting client relationships and secure repeat business.
