Qualinx invites a senior SoC Architect to join its Delft-founded scale-up focused on Digital RF and GNSS for IoT connectivity. You will own high-level SoC architecture, drive RTL design and verification, and coordinate hardware-software integration across firmware, drivers, and GNSS stacks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years experience in RTL Design and Architecture.
• Deep understanding of ARM MCUs Subsystems, Memory Controllers and memory architectures.
• At least 10 years experience with Digital ASIC Flows, RTL design, verification, and DFT/JTAG/Scan/BIST.
• Solid understanding of chip packaging and hardware-software interface design.
• Experience with IP integration, interconnects (AMBA/AXI/AHB) and IP selection.
• Strong knowledge of I/O technologies and signal integrity, power/clock design and power management.

Responsibilities

• System Design & Integration: define high-level SoC architecture and components.
• Collaborate with hardware design teams to guide physical design.
• Coordinate with firmware and GNSS teams to ensure efficient software execution.
• Define and implement security features to protect the SoC.
• Keep SoC architecture scalable for future generations.
• Manage product timelines and budgets to align with plans.
