Job summary

Qualinx, a Delft-based semiconductor startup, seeks a Test Engineer to join our GNSS and IoT test team. You will develop and release production test solutions, partner with Design, Product Engineering and external manufacturing to improve yield and debug issues.

Requirements include 5+ years in semiconductor test, experience with SPI/I2C/JTAG, SCAN/MBIST, and proficiency in Python, C/C++, MATLAB. We offer equity, wellbeing benefits, visa support, and a vibrant, fast-paced work culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/semiconductor engineering or related field.
Minimum five years of experience in semiconductor test engineering or related roles.
Proficient in embedded digital interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, SWD, JTAG).
Experience with ATE platforms and test development environments (NI, Teradyne IG-XL).
Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, C/C++, MATLAB.

Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and release production test solutions for Qualinx products.
Develop and debug ATE programs for wafer sort and final test.
Characterize silicon, support yield improvement, and production qualification.
Analyze test results to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Design and Product Engineering to investigate failures and drive corrective actions.
Contribute to test time optimization and data-driven test coverage.
