Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SMT assembly.
• Experience with SMT machine programming and operation.
• Familiarity with inspection techniques like AOI and flying probe.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate SMT machines.
• Support and optimize production processes.
• Perform inspections using AOI and flying probes.
• Execute PCBA qualification and validation processes.
• Perform rework and repair on PCB assemblies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency.
