Job summary

SUR Staffing is seeking an assembler in Eindhoven for hands-on mechanical and electrical module assembly in a high-tech manufacturing setting. You will follow drawings, test and inspect assemblies, and manage cable routing while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Two shifts are available and relocation support may be provided. The company offers a competitive gross monthly salary and benefits, including extensive vacation days and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Practical assembly experience is valued; a technical qualification is not required.
• The right to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, modules and systems.
• Follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Perform testing and inspections.
• Use hand tools, power screwdrivers, torque wrenches and measurement equipment.
• Route and bundle cables and wiring harnesses.
• Report deviations and support quality improvements.
• Follow ESD, safety and 5S procedures.
