Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Cloud Platform team. You will design robust cloud infrastructure, automate pipelines, and implement monitoring to drive reliability and scale.

You’ll own critical components spanning cloud engineering, DevOps, and platform reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery. Your role includes incident response, RCA, on-call participation, and embedding observability into the development

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Azure services and Terraform.
2–4 years of experience in site reliability, DevOps, or cloud infra engineering.
Proficient with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
Strong understanding of networking, distributed systems and cloud security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain and improve cloud infrastructure reliability, availability and performance.
Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Collaborate with engineering to embed reliability and observability into development lifecycle.
Define and track SLIs and SLOs for owned services.
Document runbooks, postmortems, and architecture decisions.
