Job summary

DataSnipper is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own and evolve our enterprise cloud platform. You will architect robust, scalable infrastructure and automate pipelines across cloud services, with a strong emphasis on reliability, observability, and security.

You’ll work across cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery, respond to incidents, and implement preventative measures. Hybrid work with on-site days in Amsterdam is offered in a fast-moving, global fintech-focused

Qualifications

Experience in site reliability or cloud infrastructure engineering.
Hands-on Azure services experience and IaC tooling.
Proficiency with containerization and CI/CD tooling.
Strong networking, distributed systems, and cloud security knowledge.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and improve DataSnipper's cloud infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance.
Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering to embed reliability and observability into the development lifecycle.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including containerized workloads.
Contribute to on-call rotation and incident response processes.
Document runbooks, incident postmortems, and infrastructure architecture decisions.
Define and track SLIs and SLOs for owned services.
