Job summary

Wypoon Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow (SecOps) Developer to configure, customize and advance ServiceNow SecOps in a security‑focused IT environment. You will implement Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence and Configuration Compliance, and develop integrations with external security platforms.

The role demands hands‑on development, strong security operations knowledge, and a CAD certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience, including strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules.
• Hands-on experience with SIR, VR, TI and CC modules.
• A valid ServiceNow CAD certification.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML and CSS for custom development.
• Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio and Integration Hub.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external security platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and extend ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
• Develop flows, scripts and automations to improve security operations.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party security tools and platforms.
• Provide daily operational support for ServiceNow SecOps.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades with minimal disruption to security operations.
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, development and IT operations teams.
