Job summary

Wypoon Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow (SecOps) Developer to configure, customize and advance ServiceNow SecOps capabilities within a security-focused IT environment in Amsterdam.

You will work on SIR, VR, TI and CC modules, design flows, integrate with external security tools, and support upgrades while collaborating with security, IT and development teams. CAD certification and 5+ years of hands-on SecOps development are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience, including strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules.
• In-depth knowledge of: Security Incident Response (SIR),Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence (TI) and Configuration Compliance (CC)
• Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio and Integration Hub
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external security platforms, tools and APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines and ITIL/ITSM fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, VR, CC).
• Design and implement flows, scripts and automations to enhance security operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security tools and APIs.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, development and IT operations teams.
