Job summary

iconica SA in the Netherlands seeks a ServiceNow Forward Deployed Architect to serve as the senior technical authority who designs ServiceNow platforms from the start and ensures business outcomes are realized.

You will translate priorities into platform vision, shape roadmaps, govern architecture, manage technical debt, run health reviews, and guide collaboration among sponsors, product owners, and architects across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, App Engine, and AI layers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with architecting complex, multi-module implementations.
• Fluency across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps and App Engine with AI/agentic capabilities.
• Strong business fluency to translate outcomes into platform designs.
• Proven governance skills: decision records, standards, debt management, platform health.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision and intent translating business priorities into platform outcomes.
• Shape strategic roadmaps with value-first inference and resource planning.
• Own governance and architecture with reusable patterns and decision frameworks.
• Manage technical debt and keep architectural decisions traceable to goals.
• Run Platform Health Reviews to catch misalignment early.
• Set alignment model for sponsors, product owners and architects.
• Provide senior architectural direction across ServiceNow estate: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, App Engine, AI layers.
• Collaborate with co-founders and senior team to keep architecture-first delivery real.
