Job summary

Scania Nijmegen is seeking a Team Leader Workshop to coach technicians on the shop floor and lead a small team while ensuring high quality maintenance and safety standards.

You will guide daily tasks, assist with complex diagnostics and repairs, and help drive process improvements and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least mbo level.
• Experience in commercial vehicle tech or workshop environments.

Responsibilities

• Guiding technicians on daily tasks.
• Assisting with complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Monitoring quality, safety and efficiency.

• Ensuring safety regulations including around electric vehicles.
• Participating in work meetings and supporting quotes for additional work.
