Job summary

AuRoLog Talent in the Netherlands is seeking an seasoned Service Manager to lead multiple service teams across the Benelux region. You will ensure high quality service delivery, coordinate planning, and manage budgets and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in service management, experience leading 50+ FTE, and strong Dutch and English communication. A background in intralogistics is preferred, with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education in a technical, logistics, or business field.
• 7+ years' experience in a similar service management role.
• Experience managing multiple service teams (50+ FTE in total).
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple service teams and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety and effective deployment.
• Coordinate planning, service activities and financial administration.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of service teams.
• Act as the main customer contact for service and maintenance matters.
• Identify and resolve customer issues proactively.
• Drive improvements to service processes and working methods.
• Monitor orders, timesheets, reporting and other service administration.
• Manage service delivery within budget and margin.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and projects with existing customers.
• Work closely with Account Management, HR and internal teams.
