Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of project management or complex service deliveries.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead service projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate progress and results to customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, costs, revenue, and financial performance.
