Job summary

LASEO, a specialized SEO agency in Amsterdam, is looking for an SEO Lead to set strategy, guide a team of specialists, and drive client wins in search. You will own the SEO strategy across a portfolio of brands, steering the team and defining the methodology we use to deliver results.

You will expand our AI and traditional SEO approach, collaborate with developers and content teams, and help shape how we work and win in complex markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with senior/lead responsibility.
• Proven results with SEO strategy and client growth.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO strategy and organic growth for a client portfolio.
• Steer a team of SEO specialists, content creators and link builders; guide quality.
• Translate data from analytics tools into actionable decisions and forecasts.
• Contribute to pitches and new business with growth opportunities.
