Job summary

Kardex Group is seeking a Lead BPO Commercial to design, build and adopt an integrated customer journey from lead to cash and service issue resolution. You will translate commercial strategy into a harmonised S/4HANA model and drive business readiness for go-live.

The role requires deep experience in end-to-end commercial processes, SAP S/4HANA expertise and proven leadership across multiple value streams; global templates and country harmonisation are key focuses in this international setting.

Qualifications

• Profound experience in commercial functions in an international company.
• At least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation in a business process owner, lead or design role; greenfield experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Steer and control the L2O, O2C and I2R streams on scope, quality, timeline and business readiness.
• Own end-to-end process design and target operating model for Commercials.
• Sign off process designs, business requirements and the commercial share of RICEFW objects.
• Drive global template harmonisation and decide on local variants with country and business unit leads.
• Define commercial KPIs and reporting requirements for day-one measurement.
• Coaching and development of the BPO streams; secure executive sponsorship and alignment.
