Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an IT Supply Chain Business Analyst to support validation, deployment, and adoption of a global SAP S/4HANA solution across demand, supply, and production planning. You will bridge business stakeholders, IT, and partners, translating requirements, coordinating testing, cutover, and adoption activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT business analysis within complex enterprise environments.
• Led workstreams or project scopes in large transformation programs.
• Involved in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Hands-on data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and quality activities.
• Strong analytical skills to compare data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for SAP S/4HANA and planning deployments.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Assess change impacts and support business readiness activities.
• Coordinate SIT, support UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
• Drive cutover planning, execution, and hypercare support.
• Perform and coordinate data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through deployment and BAU handover.
• Act as the IT Plan SPOC for a designated business group and align deployment approaches.
