Job summary

Kardex Systemen B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Lead BPO Commercial to design and oversee the end-to-end commercial process from lead to cash and service resolution.

You will own the L2O, O2C and I2R streams, drive a standard-based S/4HANA model, ensure business readiness, and steer global template harmonisation.

The role requires international experience, a track record of SAP S/4HANA implementations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across borders.

Qualifications

• Profound experience in commercial functions in an international company.
• At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA (or major SAP ERP) implementation in a business process owner, lead or design role.
• Experience leading process owners or functional leads across several value streams.
• Knowledge of global template rollouts and harmonisation across countries.

Responsibilities

• Steer and control the L2O, O2C and I2R streams on scope, quality, timeline and business readiness.
• Own end-to-end process integrity across streams and hand-offs to Finance and Operations.
• Define and own the commercial process architecture and the target operating model for Commercials.
• Plan and lead business testing and sign off on test results.
• Drive global template harmonisation and decide on local variants with country leads.
