Job summary

Accenture Netherlands is seeking an experienced professional to lead sales, design and delivery of SAP Ariba and Fieldglass solutions for Sourcing & Procurement. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions and collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic guidance, and strong communication as you guide projects from discovery to implementation in a multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP Ariba and/or Fieldglass for Sourcing & Procurement.
• Business system analysis including requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and product implementation.
• Experience working with offshore teams and onsite process architects for delivery of projects.
• Delivery of requirements for IT development lifecycles (JIRA, ALM, Visio, Signavio).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve business requirements, tailoring solutions to Accenture or client needs.
• Create cohesive frameworks that support solution development using industry-standard techniques.
• Translate business needs into project specifications for building solutions.
• Identify changes for new or existing features to keep solutions relevant.

• Demonstrate functional solutions to business stakeholders, IT clients, and development teams.
• Leverage expertise to solve challenging business issues with team-delivered solutions.
• Set objectives and approaches for critical assignments, including solution selection and refinement.
