We are seeking experienced professionals to actively participate in the sales process, design and delivery of SAP Ariba, Fieldglass or both of them. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership, should demonstrate strong communication skills, practical expertise, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable SAP Ariba Sourcing & Procurement solutions including Fieldglass.

Job Responsibilities as follows:

• You are expected to analyze and solve business requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to Accenture or client needs.

• Using industry-standard techniques, you create cohesive frameworks that support solution development.

• This involves translating business needs into project specifications, which are the foundation for building effective solutions.

• You pinpoint necessary changes for new or existing features, ensuring solutions remain relevant and effective.

• By ensuring that documented use cases and requirements, you provide clear guidance for system changes or new features, which are essential for solution implementation.

• You actively demonstrate functional solutions to business stakeholders, IT clients, and development teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Qualification

Strong experience:

• Implementing SAP Ariba and/or Fieldglass solutions for Sourcing & Procurement. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is considered an advantage and will be highly valued.
• Performing business system analysis involving requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and product implementation.
• Working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects.
• Delivering requirements for structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies (JIRA, ALM tool, Visio, Signavio, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology.
