Job summary

Accenture Netherlands is seeking an experienced professional to lead sales, design and delivery of SAP Ariba and Fieldglass solutions for Sourcing & Procurement. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions and collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic guidance, and strong communication as you guide projects from discovery to implementation in a multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP Ariba and/or Fieldglass for Sourcing & Procurement.
• Business system analysis including requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and product implementation.
• Experience working with offshore teams and onsite process architects for delivery of projects.
• Delivery of requirements for IT development lifecycles (JIRA, ALM, Visio, Signavio).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership, should demonstrate strong communication skills, practical expertise, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable SAP Ariba Sourcing & Procurement solutions including Fieldglass

Job Responsibilities as follows:

• You are expected to analyze and solve business requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to Accenture or client needs.
• Using industry-standard techniques, you create cohesive frameworks that support solution development.
• This involves translating business needs into project specifications, which are the foundation for building effective solutions.

Strong experience:

• Working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects.
• Delivering requirements for structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies (JIRA, ALM tool, Visio, Signavio, etc.)
