Job summary

Eswelt B.V. is urgently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to own end-to-end technical ownership, combining hands-on development with solution architecture.

You will design scalable solutions across Sales, Service and Commerce Clouds, build complex integrations, and guide CPQ and data governance initiatives. You will work on migrations, REST/SOAP integrations, and set technical standards while remaining hands-on with Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on development and solution design.
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow skills.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with CPQ.
• Experience with complex data models and data governance.
• Agentforce / Einstein experience is a plus.
• RevOps / Quote-to-Cash experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical design and hands-on delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Designing and building complex Salesforce integrations.
• CPQ / Quote-to-Cash architecture and configuration.
• Legacy platform migration and integration.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow.
• Data modelling, data quality and technical governance.
• REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Setting technical standards and reviewing solution quality.
• Preparing the Salesforce landscape for future Agentforce / Einstein use cases.
• Designing scalable cross-cloud data models and integrations.
