Job summary

Eswelt B.V. is urgently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to own end-to-end technical ownership, combining hands-on development with solution architecture.

You will design scalable solutions across Sales, Service and Commerce Clouds, build complex integrations, and guide CPQ and data governance initiatives. You will work on migrations, REST/SOAP integrations, and set technical standards while remaining hands-on with Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce experience.
Strong hands-on development and solution design.
Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow skills.
Hands-on experience with at least two of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
Experience with CPQ.
Experience with complex data models and data governance.
Agentforce / Einstein experience is a plus.
RevOps / Quote-to-Cash experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Technical design and hands-on delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.

For an international organisation, I'm looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead who combines strong hands-on development skills with solution architecture capabilities. This is not an architecture-only position. You will take end-to-end technical ownership: designing scalable solutions, making architectural decisions and remaining directly involved in the actual build.What you'll be working on

Technical design and hands-on delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud
Designing and building complex Salesforce integrations
CPQ / Quote-to-Cash architecture and configuration
