Job summary

CoolPeople Technology is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a growing team and deliver hands-on development and technical delivery. You will work closely with other senior developers, improve development practices, and ensure high code quality.

Strong Salesforce experience and fluent Dutch are required, with onsite presence in Amsterdam 1–2 days per week. You will develop and maintain Salesforce Core Cloud solutions, act as a senior hands-on developer, and contribute to technical

• Senior-level Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Core Cloud experience.
• Fluent in Dutch for daily collaboration.
• Full-time role based in Amsterdam with 1–2 days onsite.
• Proven ability to deliver hands-on development and ensure high code quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Core Cloud solutions with focus on code quality.
• Act as senior hands-on developer and mentor for the team.
• Contribute to development tasks, enhancements, and technical improvements.
• Advise on development practices and evolve technical approach as complexity grows.
• Collaborate to maintain coding standards and support ongoing delivery.
• Integrate quickly into existing codebase and support delivery.

Project

• develop and maintain Salesforce Core Cloud solutions with a strong focus on code quality and technical delivery
• act as a senior hands-on developer and peer to the existing senior team member, ensuring continuity and stability
• contribute directly to development tasks, enhancements, and technical improvements
• advise on development practices and help evolve the technical approach as project complexity grows
• collaborate closely with the team to maintain consistent coding standards and best practices
• quickly integrate into an existing codebase and support ongoing delivery

Skills

• senior-level hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Core Cloud)
• strong development and technical problem-solving skills
• ability to work independently with minimal onboarding
• experience with code quality, best practices, and technical decision-making
• fluent Dutch language for daily communication
