Job summary

Amoria Bond is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join an enterprise team delivering FSC-based solutions in financial services. You will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows, and drive AI-enabled automation.

Collaborate with architects, QA, and stakeholders on large-scale initiatives, manage integrations via REST/SOAP APIs with MuleSoft or Dell Boomi, and ensure scalable, well-documented code following best practices.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join an enterprise team delivering innovative solutions within the financial services sector. In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Agentforce, helping drive digital transformation through AI-powered automation and best-in-class customer experiences.

You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders on large-scale Salesforce initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Configure and implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) capabilities, including Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Manage FSC data models, Person Accounts, and support data migration activities.
• Design and implement Agentforce AI solutions, including Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and AI-driven workflows.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code while following Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• 6–10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• Apex

• Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience implementing or configuring Salesforce Agentforce.
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience within Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance environments.
