Role Scope

As Senior Roaming Product Manager, you are responsible for the commercial performance, strategic development, and future roadmap of Odido’s roaming business. You help ensure that Odido customers remain connected wherever they travel, while maximizing the value of roaming traffic on our network in the Netherlands.

As Odido’s roaming subject matter expert, you bring together commercial, technical, and operational perspectives. You take ownership of our roaming strategy and wholesale partnerships, manage relationships with our roaming broker and international operator partners, and balance revenue growth with cost optimization.

You also look beyond today’s performance. By following industry developments and technologies such as 5G Roaming, you identify opportunities to improve our services, customer experience, and business results. You turn those opportunities into practical initiatives, guiding them from the first idea and business case through to implementation.

This is a visible role with direct commercial impact. You collaborate with Technology, B2B, B2C, Finance, and Operations, represent Odido in international forums and partner discussions, and use your expertise to influence decisions across the business. In doing so, you help shape the future of international connectivity at Odido.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously optimize Odido’s roaming strategy and wholesale partnerships
• Manage commercial relationships with our roaming broker and international operator partners
• Improve financial performance by balancing revenue growth and cost optimization
• Identify opportunities to strengthen roaming services, customer experience, and business performance
• Translate industry developments and technologies such as 5G Roaming into business opportunities
• Lead new roaming initiatives from initial idea and business case through to implementation
• Coordinate across internal teams and represent Odido in international forums and partner discussions

You also collaborate closely with our roaming broker, international operators, and industry partners. Must-Haves

• Extensive experience within mobile roaming and wholesale telecom.
• Strong understanding of roaming services, commercial agreements, and relevant industry developments
• The ability to connect commercial priorities, technology, operations, and customer needs
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including interaction with senior leadership
• Analytical confidence when working with data, financial insights, revenue growth, and cost optimization
• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing and communicating business performance
• Full professional proficiency in English and confidence working in an international environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using Power Query
• Knowledge of 5G Roaming and other emerging roaming technologies
• Experience working with roaming brokers and international mobile operators
• Experience representing an organization in international industry forums
• Experience developing business cases and guiding initiatives through implementation

  Location & Working Model

  We prefer candidates who already live and work in the Netherlands, ideally within approximately 30 km of The Hague. You’ll work from our Den Haag office at least three days per week.

  We are also open to candidates currently living and working elsewhere in the EU. For an exceptional match we support the necessary relocation and immigration process.
