QuantWare is building the world's most powerful quantum processors and empowering the VIO technology for scalable quantum systems. Senior RF engineer will own end-to-end design and verification of flex interconnects, balancing RF performance with manufacturability in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

You will drive architecture, optimize RF/mechanical aspects, manage timelines, and lead a growing RF team to deliver key components for our quantum roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RF engineering, signal integrity, or high-frequency interconnect design.
• Experience with RF simulation software and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive full flex interconnect lifecycle from concept to manufacturing.
• Maintain high RF performance with long-term mechanical reliability.
• Manage external vendors and translate specs into clear requirements.
• Own supplier development schedules and ensure timely deliverables.
• Lead and mentor an engineering team dedicated to flex interconnect development.
