QuantWare BV is seeking a Senior RF engineer to own the end-to-end design, verification, and scaling of flex interconnects for the VIO technology. You will bridge RF engineering with hands-on project management, oversee vendor partnerships, and drive high‑frequency performance while balancing manufacturability.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, set rigorous specifications, and manage timelines to deliver on QuantWare's R&D roadmap, with a hybrid work model and focus on innovation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on RF engineering, signal integrity, or high-frequency interconnect design.
• Experience with RF simulation software and RF measurement equipment.
• Proven track record leading hardware or R&D projects from concept to production.
• Experience managing external vendors and partner programs.
• Desirable: hardware for superconducting circuits and cryogenic environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of flex interconnect systems across product generations.
• Maintain high signal integrity and RF performance while ensuring reliability.
• Manage vendor co-development and translate specs into clear requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team dedicated to flex interconnects.
• Coordinate supplier development schedules and align with QuantWare's roadmap.
