Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the EMEA FP&A team in Eindhoven. The role provides key financial analysis to support business decisions and growth, with hybrid work flexibility.

Key requirements include advanced Excel, experience with Power BI/Hyperion/Python, and a degree with 3–5 years of financial analysis experience, plus English proficiency. You will partner with stakeholders to improve reporting and drive business profitability.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with Power BI, Hyperion, Python, or other analytical tools is preferred.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, and/or 3–5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience in an international corporate environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight into bookings, shipments, rebates, margins, and monthly outlook.
• Support stakeholders with accurate analysis to aid decision-making.
• Continuously improve and adapt existing reporting and analytical processes.
• Forecast bookings, shipments, and margins.
• Explain variances versus previous forecasts and actual results.
• Align forecasts with business stakeholders.
• Report forecasts into financial reporting systems and dashboards.
