Aegon Asset Management in Amsterdam is seeking a Responsible Investment Manager to advance sustainability and impact capabilities across Continental Europe, focusing on Alternative Fixed Income and private credit. The role combines research, investment integration and product development to identify opportunities and deliver client solutions.

You will collaborate with investment, product and sales teams, lead engagements with issuers, monitor SFDR developments, and translate regulatory changes

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, management, political science, international development, or related fields.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in asset management.
• Strong knowledge of ESG and impact investing.
• Analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to summarize.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to engage credibly with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to work independently and establish/maintain working relationships internally and externally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ESG research, conduct engagement activities and report sustainability data.
• Support investment teams with ESG data access, integration and reporting.
• Translate sustainability insights into investable opportunities and client solutions.
• Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., SFDR) and translate into investment implications.
