Job summary

Glass Lewis is seeking a Director of Research, ESG and Sustainability to lead ESG integration across regional research teams, ensuring consistent application of stewardship perspectives. The role includes oversight of the Controversy Alert process and maintaining market relevance for clients.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a related field.
Experience in corporate governance research or governance-related roles is desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

Oversee the application of Global Stewardship and Sustainability perspectives across assigned markets.
Act as escalation point for internal and external queries on governance research in the region.
Review, edit and publish identified high-profile Proxy Papers in the region.
Collaborate with lead analyst/manager on team processes, publications, methodologies and initiatives.
Project manage policy updates, season reviews/previews and related regional projects.
Develop strategic priorities with team lead/manager.
Oversee client interactions, including escalations and presentations.
Collaborate with multiple offices on process, policy, and engagement.
Provide feedback to senior management to identify department priorities.
Ensure company policies and guidelines are clearly communicated to the research team.
