Job summary

Aegon Asset Management is seeking a Responsible Investment Manager to advance sustainability and impact capabilities across Continental Europe, with a focus on Alternative Fixed Income and private credit. The role combines research, engagement, and product development to identify opportunities and support investment decisions.

You will work with investment teams, Product, Sales and the wider Responsible Investment team to translate insights into investable opportunities and credible client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, management, political science, international development, or related fields.
5–10 years of relevant experience in asset management.
Strong knowledge of ESG and impact investing issues.

Responsibilities

Lead sustainability and impact research and translate insights into investable opportunities.
Engage with issuers, borrowers and market participants to advance sustainability practices.
Support client discussions, pitches and RFPs with sustainability capabilities.
Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., SFDR) and translate them into investment and reporting implications.
