Job summary

Super Technologies is hiring a Senior Release Platform Engineer to join the Release Engineering team, supporting CI/CD, monorepos, Kubernetes and GitOps across multiple stacks. You'll build and evolve platform capabilities that help product engineers move code from commit to production.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve release workflows, automation, observability, and reliability, embedding quality into the delivery path while ensuring safe on-call practices and clear

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write/ review code.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, release tooling, developer platforms, or similar systems.
• Ability to work across different tech stacks with minimal upfront context.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve platform capabilities used by product engineers to move code from commit to production.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, build systems, release workflows, deployment automation, observability, and developer productivity metrics.
• Improve feedback loops (PR checks, builds, tests, release pipelines, deployment signals).
• Simplify release systems so engineers can resolve most delivery issues without a dedicated platform engineer.
• Embed quality and safety into the default delivery path with clear contracts for platform capabilities.
