Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Release Manager to standardize and govern enterprise release processes across our ERP landscape, delivering predictable deployments.

You will coordinate Business Owners, IT delivery teams and external partners, drive Go/No-Go decisions, and improve release maturity with Jira/Confluence.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and ongoing development opportunities within a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management or Project Management within complex Enterprise Systems environments.
• Experience coordinating releases across ERP platforms (D365 F&O, AX, SAP or similar) and managing cross-system dependencies.
• Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence and aligning business and technology stakeholders around release objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the Enterprise Release Management process with standardized governance and release calendars.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional releases with Business Owners, ERP consultants, architects, project teams and external partners.
• Drive release readiness through Go/No-Go decisions, dependency and risk management, and transparent planning.
