Job summary

Rituals is seeking a (Senior) Regulatory Specialist to ensure product launches and ongoing compliance across SEA markets and new territories. You will translate complex country requirements into scalable regulatory solutions and lead registrations, notifications, and post-market activities.

The role requires shaping approaches with limited frameworks, guiding cross-functional workstreams, and coaching colleagues in a fast-growing international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Law, Chemistry, Life Sciences or a comparable discipline.
• 3–5 years of regulatory affairs/product compliance experience in cosmetics/FMCG preferred.
• Experience with international product compliance and SEA markets is a strong plus.
• Ability to structure ambiguous issues into clear frameworks and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end regulatory readiness for SEA markets and new launches.
• Develop market-entry compliance roadmaps and frameworks.
• Assess compliance, identify gaps, and drive mitigation with stakeholders.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers and certificates.
• Review artwork and labeling for legal and safety information.
