Job summary

Rituals is seeking a (Senior) Regulatory Specialist for Southeast Asia and new markets. You ensure products launch and stay compliant across an expanding international portfolio, translating country requirements into clear, scalable solutions.

At senior level, you act as a trusted advisor, shaping approaches, leading cross-functional workstreams and coaching colleagues to strengthen regulatory capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Law, Chemistry, Life Sciences or a comparable discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, quality or related field.
• Experience with international product compliance and SEA markets preferred.
• Able to structure ambiguous issues into clear frameworks and decisions.
• Strong project-management and planning skills across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end regulatory readiness for SEA markets and new-country launches.
• Develop market-entry compliance strategies, roadmaps and frameworks.
• Assess portfolio compliance and drive mitigations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate regulatory dossiers, declarations and product documentation.
• Review artwork and labeling for legal and safety information.
• Serve as primary regulatory contact for assigned markets.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into impact assessments.
• Lead cross-functional projects and market-entry workstreams.
• Maintain audit-ready regulatory records in data systems.
• Create reusable tools and standards for Market Compliance.
