Job summary

Da Vinci, headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking a Graduate Trading Risk Analyst to monitor trading activity and analyze market risk. You will work with traders, quants, and developers to enhance the risk framework and build tools for real-time decision making.

You will contribute to scenario analyses, backtests, and controls while collaborating across offices. A base salary is offered with strong variable pay and relocation support in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of taking ownership in a high-stakes trading environment.
• Wamiliarity with risk management concepts and financial instruments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trading activity, risk exposures, and P&L across portfolios in real time.
• Develop and maintain quantitative tools and models for market risk assessment.
• Run scenario analyses, stress tests, and backtests to assess behavior under different conditions.
• Collaborate with traders and developers to identify and mitigate risks in fast-moving environments.
• Create intuitive dashboards for visualizing risk and market dynamics.
• Investigate data or trading anomalies to improve controls and processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal risk policies and contribute to new frameworks.
