The Role

As a Sales/Recruitment Consultant, you treat the market like your arena. You’ll connect high-caliber Data & AI professionals with innovators across Med-Tech, BioTech, AI, and Medical Devices. You’ll run the full sales cycle, from client acquisition to delivering exceptional talent, all this while building durable relationships and making strategic, high-impact placements.

What you’ll do

• Drive new business: map high-value markets, identify key partners, and build strong alliances in Life Sciences.
• Run end-to-end searches: from sourcing and assessment to offer design, negotiation, and onboarding follow-through.
• Build your brand: develop a recognized personal brand in your niche - trusted, credible, and consistent.
• Shape partnerships: act as a strategic advisor, anticipate needs, and deliver tailored solutions that stick.
