Job summary

YAVICA seeks a Netherlands-based Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations, primarily Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, across strategic programs. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across Europe. Hybrid work and collaboration across global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple ERP projects, preferably D365 FO.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and teams.
• Proven track record managing large accounts and multi-vendor programs.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales activities and provide budgets and high-level plans.
• Initiate and drive ERP projects end-to-end, with accountability for scope and results.
• Manage project teams and vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure project value delivery.
• Lead end-to-end project coordination, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Provide training, support, and optimize team performance during projects.
• Report progress and risks to clients and company management.
