Job summary

Simply Deliver in Rotterdam seeks a (Senior) Sales Manager to grow Rail-Flow sales across Europe. You will generate and qualify leads, conduct meetings (remote and on-site), create proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts while owning your customer portfolio from first contact to implementation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B software sales, excels at negotiation and relationship building, works independently, and communicates fluently in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in selling B2B software.
• Strong negotiation, persistence, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent listening, presentation and communication at all business levels.
• Knowledge in intermodal logistics is a plus.
• Very good written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold and warm acquisition.
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings (remote and on-site).
• Create proposals, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
• Identify and close cross-selling opportunities within Rail-Flow solutions.
• Account management of own customers after implementation.
• Target new customers and generate a sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for product development with Product Owners.
• Create partnerships to expand marketing or usage of Rail-Flow solutions.
